We went running as a family the other night. Actually the peeps were in the jogging stroller, and B-rad was their motor. Then for one crazy moment we let the girls out of the stroller so they could wear themselves out. Peep 2 took off, and for a good three minutes she was running quite a bit faster than me.
While wearing a dress.
And flip-flops.
On the wrong feet.
Did I mention she is not yet three?
(Insert long, heavy sigh.)

I would giggle a little at this, but then I would be laughing at myself too!
I get winded racing T from flagpole to our house.
If only you could bottle up little peep energy, you could make a fortune!
My newest favorite commercial is the one for diapers with the guy running then you find out he's chasing a kid. I feel that way a lot.
Don't feel bad, I can remember when you were a little "peep" full of energy just like that. I think it comes from your mother.
Alex can outrun me, too. But I don't think it would be too hard for just about anyone to outrun me!
At least their girls. :) I have discovered that a little boy is like a little girl on steroids. This morning Carson was LITERALLY bouncing off the walls. Adam and I just looked at eachother and realized that that phrase was meant to be taken literally at times.
Take heart, at least you are running! That is impressive. :)
